By submitting this form and choosing to attend Jessup University, I acknowledge that I am required to provide proof of High School graduation, and date of graduation, in the form of a final, official transcript before my enrollment to the university is complete per Jessup University’s Academic Catalog. For any and all colleges/universities previously attended, a final, official transcript must also be provided to Jessup University to receive transfer credit and to complete your admissions file, clearing you for entry to the university per Jessup University’s Academic Catalog. Final, official transcripts must be received by the Jessup University Enrollment Office before the first day of class. If my transcript is not received by the first day of class, I authorize Jessup University to order my final official transcript(s) on my behalf. I understand that a $25 fee will be added to my student account if I do not submit them on my own.
Student Location Policy
A determination of a student’s location is made at the time of application upon review of the completed student application for admission. A student’s initial location at the time of enrollment is documented in Jessup’s official student information system of record. Local Address is defined as where a student is physically located while engaged in their academic program. Students are required to notify the university of a change in location. Should a distance education/online student relocate to a state in which Jessup is not authorized or otherwise exempt, enrollment and/or licensure eligibility may be negatively affected.
Students who are not located in a state in which Jessup is authorized to enroll students or otherwise exempt from authorization may not be enrolled.
